Testing that shows conclusively what is out of balance can cut misdiagnosis / inappropriate treatment and the use of fatigue as a diagnosis tool that dumps so many other conditions in the same waste basket.

Optimism rising that fobbed off ends with researchers finding what we have known, the body is broken and no amount of positive thinking fixes this.

Convinced optimism is not misplaced as symptoms fit theory of a hibernating body running on the wrong fuel not the shoehorning of patients into a category matching researchers beliefs.
