Let us first attempt to utterly destroy all ideas that ME is the same as CFS. It is not.

I was speaking to two senior nurses last week. One had no idea what ME really was and was convinced it was a type of tiredness, nothing to worry about. The other nurse was in her 40 s and did know what it meant to have ME and as soon as she knew I suffered with it, she said there was nothing she could do to help me. She told me it was all hushed up.
