Disease not taken seriously enough at their doctors office, by the public, by their families or by the government. Familiar sentiment that has lasted as long as I remember I think this will fall on deaf ears that do not want to know anything more than everyone gets tired take some anti depressants.

CDC use health related quality of life measures to track population health and identify health disparities in a population. CFS self reporting physical and mental health a deficit of well being identifying unsatisfactory health outcomes.

Listing what can or cannot be undertaken demonstrates health restrictions on living when gradual changes in ability can go unnoticed.

Personally as a positive person I overestimate my quality of life finding this an ideal coping strategy each day.
