Well done on deciding to quit smoking. You say you are now vaping which is still better than actual smoking tobacco.

there are lots of sections on anxiety.
Sometimes its a matter of calming yourself down and taking some deep breaths.
Anxiety is a very common problem and everyone is different on how they manage it.
You could think about using the patches or champix so you get a low dose of nicotine just to keep you from getting anxious.
There are some deep breathing exercises in the pinned posts.
I myself suffer with anxiety/ panic attacks . However I have learnt to stay calm, deep breathe and within a couple of minutes the anxiety has gone.
