So just downloaded the app on my phone and it doesn't show everyone's badges! 😩

If this is the new app from Healthunlocked, then they are having a few ermmmm teething troubles with it at the moment

Zoe, please clik on ''help'' at the top next to the bell and let HU know what troubles your having and what type of mobile device your using

This will help them to get it sorted for you xx

Zoe have you just seen the introduction of peoples posts , as this doesnt always show their badges. You have to go into the the post before it shows badges. ( if that makes sense).

The help button and bell which monky was explaining to you is at the very very top of the page, it should say your name, then communities, then the bell for notifications then the help button.

let us know if your still stuck. xx

Hi and well done with your quit you are doing great. I take it your mobile is a iPhone. As that is the only phones it will work on. But you still can't access things as it is still a new thing. And they are having teething problems. I was able to download it on my iPad and I also couldn't see the badges. Have a nice day.
