I did it cold turkey! One night after smoking one,My chest closed up For about 3 secs which was the scariest thing Ever! I tooK both packs of my cigarettes and tossed them in the Trash! Never touched another one since then

Ah thank you. It had been dofficult at time but over all the feeling of not smoking fat out weighs it. I have just realised my picture is upside down, but can't work out how to change it haha. How long have you been smoke free for x

Well done loopy..... although you may want to stop standing on your head coz it ain't good for you...😀😀😀 although it's a great way to stop smoking ...... might have to give it a try😀😀😀
