Another week under my belt and it's all stepping up a bit but I'm coping. I'm finding now I'm thinking more about form rather than just trying to get through it. Also on my sit-ups I have stopped swearing inbetween. I really am not the biggest fan of them but I know they are good for me.
Still going : Another week under my belt and... - Push Yourself
Still going
Well done on keeping at it and progressing. I noticed that I too started to think about form as I progressed through the push-ups rather than right at the beginning. Almost as though my brain and body think 'now We know what We should be doing, Wehave time to do it properly'? It also happened with running. On my slow runs (or the ones that are slower than my usual slow pace) I tend to focus on form as I find every time I correct something, some other 'fault' appears!
Congratulations again on your progress.
Sit-ups! Is it possible to do these without spragging your feet under the sofa? I am trying but it's hard isn't it
It is but trust me you have to be very careful. I have pulled my muscles in my neck at the front getting it wrong. To be honest I now feel a little silly as I totally forgot about anchoring my feet and have been persevering without 😄 . I think I will find something to anchor myself it will save my neck. I've lost count of the times I thought my thyroid was hurting only to realise it was those pesky sit-ups.
