Ok I'm saying it out loud.

Today is the first day of smart training. which means strength (push ups and squats ). Core (sit-ups ) and stretch. I am going to do these at least twice a week and hopefully 3. I have added in the other two because my shoulder injury is making the push-up hard and I will probably have to stick to wall ones and then progress on to stair ones as its not ready but I want to feel like I am making positive changes so I am saying it out loud so I will start and go through with it as I have a a major habit of being very lazy with these three things and it's not good for my running.

I am so glad I put this up this morning because I have been running around like an idiot all day and just wanted to come home and sit with a cuppa but I decided I had better to my workout before I did and I am happy to report that I have done, push-ups, squats and core just weeks ones on all do the. but more than I would of done so my next promise is to do the next session by the end of Thursday. So again I have said it out loud.

Funny how when we say something out loud it immediately becomes law! Good luck RFC x

It does. Thankfully my brain works that way, otherwise yesterday I really wouldn't have done them. Shame on me.

Well done RFC! 😊putting a post up is a good motivator! I just finished week 1. Did it before bed, now relaxing with hot wheatie bags and achy arms! 😕

I think the shame of not following through is my motivator😀. Well done on doing week 1.

Well done!

I think I have this board to thank for doing W3D2 of the p'up challenge last night, when it was nearly midnight and all I wanted was to go to bed!

Keep it up!
