I found that the second level was too much for me - so I have started over again on the lowest level and have quite easily finished W1D1 :)

Mighty oaks from little acorns grow, Bazza. Start small and finish strong is always the best plan. :)

No - I haven't fallen back a week - but to a lower starting level!! :) Although I did 6 full pushups in the trial - I have found the starting level to be a bit too tough !! :)

Yeah, I know what you mean. I'm doing W1D3 today, and I'm wondering if my poor muscles will be up to it.

I suppose it's there to push you though, so all we can do is do our best.

I got through to W1D3 - and realised that I wasn't going to make it!!! :)
