Starting W1 today...

I did 10 push-ups in the initial test, so I'm going to be going with column two for today.

I'l let you guys know how I get on!

Hmmm I really do need to check out the push up logger, rather than just writing my 'achievements' down in my diary. I want a score too *dashes off to find out what the scores are*

My 'score' was just the number of pushups you manage on the fifth set. It's on the 100 push ups website.

But I think the push up logger website will be useful to gauge progress. I should probably write a small graphing module that we can add in so that you can see your progress as the weeks go by. I'll get in touch with the person who runs the logging website, see if we can make something pretty for it.

I was thinking about that. I'm so out of practice that I've gone for the middle column this week, but I'll try and push myself to see if I get to the RH column in the next week or so.
