Such hard work, can't imagine being able to do w4, but I thought that about some weeks when I first did c25k. Onward and upwards....💪🏻💪🏻

Well done getting through week 3.

I have been struggling on week 4 - it does seem to be escalating quickly and I've started falling behind quite severely. I'm now quite certain that I won't complete this in 6 weeks, but I'm improving and all progress is good!

Hope you find W4 less of a step up than I have.

Oh thanks for the warning. Have to admit it does look VERY intense! I'll stick with the 'easy' column, hope for the best but expect to be stuck on w4 for a a good few weeks. Not to worry, as you say, all progress is good!
