I've done day one today. I'm resting my legs from a 10km event yesterday so I thought it would be good time to start. Ive decided to use the Runstastic push up app as I can do them on the stairs like Ancientmum suggested and I can put my iPad on the fourth step and if I touch it with my nose it logs the push up. I have had the pro version for over a year and not started, so thanks for organising this it was just the "push"😀 I needed.

I wouldn't dare put my phone under my nose - when I get to the max set at the end I tend to collapse in a heap! Don't really want a mouth-full of phone glass!
Does the App follow the same program, or are you doing a different course?

I think it is only very slightly different but same end result and I like the fact it ticks the workouts off and send me reminders if I try and forget. I'm doing this one because every now and then they give a 24 hour pass for their pro apps for free and I have push up/ squats and abs all to do. So I will go from onto the next ones.
I'm thinking I have to complete the push up so its more incentive to keep my iPad intact. 😄
