Hi I am a survivor of child domestic violence and severe domestic violence of over 10 years. I am now in a better relationship now, but how do you all go about getting rid of all the past without going to counseling

I had the most wonderful therapist. Her and I focused on teaching me to become my own counselor. I'm no longer meeting with her, but everything she taught me has been lifesaving. She suggested I utilize 'therapistaid.com' I hope it helps.
