I feel like this every day. For me it's been extreme hypervilige and living in emotional flashbacks for days now. I just figured out I've in an emotional flashback and that's why I'm a complete wreck. I have no range of emotions. Only terror and panic. It horrible.
I always feel like this however it has gotten better with the medication I’m on. Some days I’m great a some days I’m just done.
