Thank you AliBee - I found this book for sale at £10.99 - is there a cheaper way to get it. It was published in 2016 but I hadn’t come across it before, thank you so much for sharing the info.

You can get it 2nd hand through Amazon or World of bks for about 3 quid + postage or on Kindle £4 ×

Thanks for that info AliBee, i will be in Bristol end of mth so will look into having a copy sent there. Will check 2nd hand book sellers.
