To the Atypical Parkinsonism community—patients, caregivers, family, friends, and the public—

You are not alone. Every challenge faced, every moment of uncertainty, and every act of care and support matters. In the face of adversity, we stand together—united by resilience, strengthened by HOPE. It does matter.

To those living with Atypical Parkinsonism: Your courage inspires. Your journey is seen.

To caregivers, loved ones, family, and friends: Your unwavering support is invaluable. Your love is a lifeline.

To the public: Awareness leads to understanding, and understanding leads to support. Support furthers research towards treatment, and ultimately, a cure.

PSP - Progressive Supranuclear Palsy.

CBS - Corticobasal Syndrome.

CBD - corticobasal degeneration.

MSA - Multiple System Atrophy.

DLB - Dementia with Lewy bodies.

Let’s continue to uplift, support, and advocate—because together, we are stronger. Your thoughts are more than just words, they are messages of courage, inspiration and hope.

Dear Tim, I just checked in and am glad to see your caring and helpful post. I am constantly reeling from our national horrorshow, so your reminder of courage and kindness is a balm.

Thank you. Peace. Sarah
