Dropped Head

My husband is in an advanced state of PSP and struggling on all fronts including mobility, vision,, swallowing (now PEG fed) and communication. Recently PSP delivered another cruel blow, his posture is slumped to one side and his head has dropped, physiotherapy hasn’t helped and he is unable to raise it. I’m now looking at devices to provide support and was wondering if anyone has experience/ suggestions that might help, there seem to be a lot of devices on the market. Any help would be gratefully received, just want to make hm more comfortable.
