I've made forty-five flavours to date - easy enough. Coming up with the 'presentations' is more challenging.

45?!! I can’t imagine. Do you start with an existing ice cream base?

Yes, I start with a *vanilla base - vanilla extract. The extract will change depending on the flavour of ice cream. 35% Whipping cream, 3.25% whole milk complete the base.
