Hi SuperMun!

The first thing is to obtain an accurate diagnosis of the cause of the symptom. It can be a first sign of a neurological disease, a pinched nerve in the neck, etc, etc.

In my opinion, the important thing is to know what you are dealing with in order to apply the appropriate remedy.

Hug and luck.

the only thing I could suggest is a physiotherapist who may be able to suggest some regular exercises. My dad has a very weak neck which naturally just falls foward and he struggles to lift his head. A physio showed us a regular quick massage to do and does help with him drinking idenpendently, but the effects only last a few hours because of the disease. Mum gives his neck a massage in the mornings now.
