Yes indeed. I think thats was this site is for! I am 80, was diagnosed 4 yrs ago, and avoid thinking negative stuff like so many people do ..... I am trying to keep healthy, and to not take any chemical medical pills, etc. Also exercise, therapies, etc are very important. Diet too .... a Mediterranean vegetarian diet is good to try for, etc. They say I am deteriorating very slowly! If you like to know more, much more, I have my suggestions as 4-A4 pages. My hubby was diagnosed nearly 6 yrs ago. His was a quick deterioration and he died in 2016.If you want to, you can read my posts from then if you long press my name at the top of this reply.

I hope you are able to gain friends and support here, as we did.

It was a lifeline for us amongst the chaos of the unknown and unexplainable.

Hi I guess I have had it 4 or more years I fall quite a bit now I’m going to take some physical therapy starting next week. I’m so glad you are doing well. Take care

The three things that seemed to slow it down for me are as follows; diet, exercise and water. I am on the carnivore code B diet, exercise twice a day, and don’t drink tap water with chlorine. I am researching Ponz, stem cells, and just got an infrared neck wrap. I fall also. I currently have scabs on my ankle, knee and a big bruise on my hip I am not even sure how I got. Good luck!
