The perfect snack... Vanilla bean ice cream layered between two halves of a Rice Krispie square. Topped with chocolate fudge and Chicago style (caramel and cheddar) popcorn and a handful of tasty pops on the side.

I love Chicago caramel and cheese popcorn! I used to walk by Garrett’s Popcorn Shop every day on my way home from work!
