I worked hard to get that tune out - voice exercises, timing my meds lol.

Shaving has become too difficult, undecided whether to keep it for the warmer weather... whenever it gets here.

Hi naz. I know all too well the sadness and suffering of grief. There is always plenty of support here among the group. You may need some additional counselling - there's no shame in that. Not every day is good, but there is good in every day, even if it's just a memory.
