Lets not forget...

These are difficult times for all of us - including the charities that support awareness and research towards a treatment-cure for PSP-CBD. Whether your social distancing, self isolating or nesting, now is the time to get a book (if you haven't already) to read while we wait this pandemic out. PSP-CBD don't stop, neither does the need for charitable donations to the cause. 100% of these book sales go back to the leading organizations - CurePSP and or the PSPA that need our continued support.

There is no time like the present to raise PSP-CBD awareness. These two disease will still be here after the pandemic quiets down. Only wish the picture turned out larger.

Coping Sarah. Keeping busy with all the necessary with all the paperwork that follows a loved one's departure. The nights are the hardest part of the day.

I can relate to that, I found the nights so long and sleep was a problem for me for a long time but it does eventually come and I do sleep well now even though at one time I thought I would never get a full nights sleep again. Be kind to yourself as it is hard.

Take care
