Running is really helping me to deal with my grief

Following on from Kevin’s post - running makes me happy and leaves me feeling good and helps me to be more positive. In particular it has helped me to deal with losing Steve 15 months ago. This photo was of me finishing the Bath Half Marathon today. It was a very wet run but as you can see still left me smiling. Stay positive and be happy everyone xxx

Congratulations on running the marathon! I love the shirt “Racing for Steve”. He’s probably helping you along the way.

You are an inspiration. I’ll hold your smiling picture in my mind when I’m dreading getting back on the treadmill.

HUGE Congratulations. I agree running does help, our Park Run group says the hardest part is going out the door but once you get there and complete the run, you feel good. Haven't done a half marathon, 5k is my max so far. Keep running 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ xx

Congratulations! SENDING HUGS... Granni B
