I feel so relived today I got to my mum's and her Parkinson nurse was here and she was appluade by the way she being treated. She made a lot of phone calls and complaints to social services the care company and the diabetic nurse and that she got let out so soon after trying to od. Hopefully this is the start off now getting on the right track after 2 years

It seems like the Parkinson’s nurse is on top her game. Hang onto her number because she sounds like an awesome advocate. I hope the nurse stays in the loop to ensure that things get done according to her plan. I wish you all the best!

That's good news.

It's so important to have an " official " on your side !

It is very comforting when you have somebody on your side helping to get everything in place, the Speech Therapist was the one who helped us most as was my goto person for advice as she had a special interest in PSP. Glad you have been lucky to find that special person.

So glad you have found someone who can help, lets hope this is a turning point for you all and that your Mum with the right support is able to be more positive. Hugs.
