We get one day for National Ice Cream Day and across the pond, the UK gets one week - totally unfair. So in solidarity with my friends and family in the UK, I will (always😉) enjoy ice cream for the rest of the week (and beyond). Have a look at this bad boy I'm having for dinner tonight.

Now that's a challenge right up my street, daddyt. Can't imagine the mess I'd get myself into tackling it though but suspect it would make a cracking photo for the album. Enjoy!
Hey, when is this one week challenge? I’m there, better be quick though, meant to be starting a very serious diet next week. Time for comfort eating to stop, I refuse to go up yet another size!!! (Always got room for ice cream though!)
Hello Anne - the PSP Awareness Ice Cream Challenge was actually in May. Last Monday was National Ice Cream Day... an opportunity for me to keep PSP awareness in the forefront. Take heart though, in the UK its National Cream Month. "There is always room for ice cream" and you still have 3 days... officialy.
QTim glad to see you are still enjoying your ice cream! That one in your picture looks amazing. Only 20 minutes to eat? I would love to see the mess after one! 😂
Right I am on track his week. Had ice cream for the past 3 days!! You do realise you should be encouraging us all to lose weight?
Lovely to hear from you again and to see you with that I've cream again!
Hope Trish is keeping well? You are doing well my friend. Keep up the good work.
Trish is well enough thank you for asking. I have just completed two brain studies - one for brain mapping and the other - the Biogen Passport clinical drug trial. I continue with my PSP awareness and advocacy efforts and working on the 2nd volume of my book. My PSW says I have no time to die ha-ha.
Tim I am re-reading your book which I got last Christmas. Made me smile as I recall some of your comments not just from the last time I read it but your blog!
Thank you. I working on the second volume now. I smile and chuckle a little too, as I read some of my journal entries. I'd love to have a great laugh again... haven't in six years. No worries about peeing myself … there's a pad for that.
Tim meant to say I am glad you are on two brain studies. Every little bit of knowledge helps? You are a great fighter. Think your PSW is right! Long may it continue.
Glad you are still writing. You have at least one customer here!
Hugs my ice cream friend. Best wishes to Trish too. Having read your book I feel like I know her. Knew you from your blog and your posts. Oh and the ice creams!!
Thank you. I wrote two chapters yesterday... need more rainy weather, it's hard to write when the weather is good. I'm glad that you feel you Trish through my story... it means I've connected with reader. Gotta go now - I have a massage appointment for 9:00 am and maybe a DQ afterwards if it's open
