Thank you to all that replied to my recent post regarding CBD. You are all so positive and so helpful. It is good to know that I am not alone with this problem and have taken on board things that you have said. I am lucky that I have a wonderful husband who helps as much as he can, and as much as I allow him to, as I have a stubborn streak and won’t let things beat me. Much like the rest of you by the sounds of it! I know that there will come a time when he has to do everything for me but I am determined that it will be a long time coming. Onwards and upwards.

Keep that stubborn streak going and never give in. That is still the old bags way after all this time. Always look on the bright side.
