A professionals guide to cbd

This would make for a better life if it actually gets read and acted upon.I have doubts that it will make any difference to the way sufferers are treated. It will take a huge change in attitude by the system to make the required recommendations work.

Really? Well it certainly must be a step forward in my opinion.

The first guide in the world! It can be ordered from PSPA and shared with whoever you think needs educating about CBD......A guide for carers, families and sufferers of CBD will be published in April but the Professional's guide is good reading too. There are so many people, who no hardly anything about the disease at the beginning. So many I have come across on line, that need answers to their questions and this could be the very thing. Don't you think?

I will certainly shout about the guide as often and wherever I can, to get this information out there!

I will push it out there, but you have to change entrenched attitudesand that is not easy to do.

Many thanks for the professionals guide to PSP/CBD.

I have printed off a number of sheets to give to the various health officials who visit. None of them know anything about the condition. I understand it would be good for the palliative team to be involved ,but have had no luck so far.

My husband has a lot of pain in his arms and hands, which make dressing difficult.

We have tried many sorts of pain killers to no avail.

I will keep pressing for NHS continuing health care.

I am told that I need two carers night and morning.

I can't afford that so have agreed to have one carer night and morning, with myself as well.

I try to delegate the harder jobs to them to save my hands and back.

My husband is 80 in March, and I am 78 in July,so we are both a bit over the hill, but battling on.

Cheers Upword

Well at least it is worth a try. Not everyone may read it but some will and they will pass it on to others. Admittedly there is a long way to go but at least we now have something to back up what we are asking for. Small steps in the right direction have to be good. AliBee xx
