Yes I think nutrition is going to be big disease wise. It's heartening to see the biome research progressing.

'How not to Die' is a personal favourite on mine.

Can I add Michael Mosley 'Clever Guts Diet' to your list?

Thanks for sharing this info... I am looking forwards to a really good read.

Though I am not a fan of superfoods and endless new foods claiming to heal all and backed by big marketing... I've lived too long and seen too many of them disproved.

Absolutely, go for it. I would like to read that myself. I am not a fan of super foods as well. But the science behind fruits and vegetables is undeniable. I have lived long enough myself and have had enough disease in my family to understand that and even more so now with my dad suffering from PSP. Thank you Kevin for your time.
