David has mentioned a few times a feeling of being stabbed with needles random places all over his body, even in his fingers and toes.
Has anyone else experienced this?

My husband says he feels like something is crawling on his skin. Says it feels like bugs on him. That sensation is there quite often. Not quite the same, but close.
Hi Kaka1234
No I haven't come across this.
Someone else here might have done and I'm sure they will post.
Meanwhile this might be an explanation.

If you are in the U.K. and have a neurologist you might try telephoning the clinic, say what is happening and ask for advice. Quite often they not only give advice as to how to manage it, they might also be able to get the GP to prescribe something.
Wishing you and David the best.

The first sign that anything was wrong with my husband was a pain in his left leg. When he stood up to walk he would yell out in pain. However he refused to go to the doctor! Eventually he had to because his walking became so bad and he felt unstable on his feet.
He was told he had PSP and signs of MSA. When he progressed he had a period of a few weeks where he told me he had pins and needles in his right arm. It kept coming and going though. He then fell and broke that arm so I am not really sure he felt anything properly in his arm after that, although it may have vanished after a few weeks? He didn't complain of it again but did have pain in his legs, arms and neck in the last few months. Hope that helps.

My first thought is he a diabetic. My husband who has PSP has never experienced any of those symptoms.
Do hope you sort it out.

My husband has a feeling of tingling and numbness at all times over most of his body, and it's not heard of really through PSP. But he really does have it.
I have this occasionally... burning and sticking feeling. Nerve pain I`m been told.
