Hello all I was wondering if anyone else is expecting the bottom of your feet swollen my husband has psp and has been suffering a lot with pain in his feet. It's making his ability to walk even worse then useal. Any advise for him?

Could it be plantar fasciitis? If he tends to point his toes at rest, especially at night, that can cause awful pain in the soles of the feet. Flexing the foot with the toes turned up to stretch the contracted fascia can solve this. I hope it's as easy as that. Foot pain is so impossible to ignore. Best wishes, ec
Try and keep the legs upright when sitting as high as possible, use pillows! Also gentle massage helps x
Hi, mums feet particularly one has become red & swollen too, it is always cold & has poor circulation. It appears to be curled around & doesn't move much anymore, she is no longer able to wear a shoe. Both her feet are painful too. Physio was of no benefit either

My mum's right foot is affected and turns outwards and toes pointing upwards and have been told that nothing can be done. She has been unable to walk for some time now but we have been getting her legs massaged on a monthly basis to help with the circulation. She feels so much better.
