i have a severe involuntary moaning issue please help

I moan all day and night people get irritated with the noises that I make also make fun of me I can't even go to stores because of this moaning issue please help even my boss it's getting tired of me please if someone knows what I have let me know

Do you mean you complain or let out a long moaning noise?

My Liz lets out long groans for a lot of things. Like for no reason sometimes and when moving because of the effort. Sometimes it is really quite loud if it is effort driven.

Just now she asked me to hand her some face cream, she is in bed watching TV. I replied that if I handed it to her the cat, whom she adores sitting on her, would jump off. She let out a long moaning sound. Then when asked to choose she chose the cat. (Good choice!).

That' all I can say really - For her it seems to be a noise she makes whilst thinking about what has been said.

My guy has had that too, and all I can say is that if you are like him, it will become less constant in time. I do sympathize!

My partner moans lots too. Some days more than others. I've asked him why and he says he can't help it, so...I guess you're not alone

I am currently dealing

with the same issue. It’s embarrassing. It has effected my life. I can’t do anything social anymore with someone thinking these noises are gay related . I have become insecure. I over think everything now and I can’t make it stop. If you have got over this please help me .

Fascinating that you have insight into your making these noises. This is very common in PSP but you are the first person with PSP I know of who realizes this.
