Bloody mucus

its 4:00am and we are not getting any sleep.Neil has been coughing since 10:00 pm and it is a stinky bloody looking mucus. Not sure if he has strip his throat raw from coughing or is it something more serious . Wait till Dr offices open. Need sleep

You should go to an Urgent Care if you cannot get into dr office. He may have an infection if it is stinky!

It now almost 13 hours in emergency 2 doctors later they are admitting my poor guy. All test point to aspirations pneumonia.Very tired guy. Only bonus is we got private room in the emergency ward..waiting on IV antibiotics .

Good to hear he is getting the help he needs - finally! Hope your GP gets the message with the full report!
