Second respite!

So off for five days starting tomorrow. This time live in for Rog , as nursing home did not work !!!! CHC agreed to fund in fact it is cheaper. Have listened to advise for once and going to have more frequent respite, but for shorter times. Also not going far, my lovely sister in law and I have booked a cottage with a hot tub and a day at a spa nearby, my friend is locus parentis whilst I am away so fingers crossed! Se you all on the other side !!!!!xxx

Have a lovely time. You will find, having regular respite breaks, it gets easier and easier to relax each time. Thus you get more from them, which helps when back home, in those dark moments. In turn that will be beneficial to Rog, therefore, ends the guilt feelings about going away, so you can really enjoy your weeks off! A winning circle for a change.
