Goldcap it's so nice putting faces to names, not sure why you're worried about putting a photo on, as for guts what we go through on a daily basis I reckon makes us all the most gutsy people ❤️❤️

Hi Goldcap, I know what you mean. On here, whilst hiding behind our anonymous names, we open our hearts up and admit things we wouldn't dream of telling others. To actually have a name and a face, might inhibit that ability.

Like you, I haven't put my picture up, but I have admitted to already being on this page, every single day, S and I are the first couple in the above pictures.

I don't know if any family members of mine or S's are on this site, I hope not, because that would restrict what I say. I am sure though, picture or no picture, they would soon guess who I am, so it doesn't really matter.

I have met a few fellow Carers on this page and it is lovely, they know me for my "real" self, not the one on permanent display to others. I hide much more in real life, than I do on here, behind my username.

I don't think it's a matter of having the guts to post a picture, more protecting yourself, so you feel you can carry on posting freely. That's far more important to you and the rest of us, we want the real "Goldcap" to be posting!
