Change in Rose

I asked the nursing assistant if there was cause for concern about Rose but she said no just having a bad day? What would the signs be if she was near the end?

Thank you, called the nursing home today and she is a bit better and sitting up in the day room! It is so unpredictable(PSP) just got to take a day at a time.!
