hi jill the same with me I done my em 4 times and it just kept going away ''so I gave up'' I hate that phrase but it was driving me nuts but to write it out 4 times it was beyond my one finger typing how are you anyway matey

Hi Yvonne, I have just reported this fault to HEALTHUNLOCKED, perhaps you could do that as well. Hopefully, they will be able to sort the problem out, or tell us what we are doing wrong!
