After writing a lengthy text the system asked me to sign it. After signing in the text was lost. WHY? Why do I have to sign in sometimes but not other times?

I. Would appreciate a reply from the administrators.

Thank you. Maddy

Hi Jill

It's a nuisance. I do not sign out and only need to sign in occasionally.

Thanks for your reply. Maddy

One possibility could be that you are deleting your temporary files, or Cookies on your computer. This will cause problems like this. Not positive though. Jimbo

I believe there is something called Cookies that sites can place on your computer that allow you to go right back into a site without a lot of things happening. If you either delete Cookies or have blocked or denied Cookies from this site that could be a reason. When a Cookie is set in your computer it stores off the sign in information so next time you go to that site it signs you in automatically without you having to do anything. Jimbo

Hi Jim, how do I get these cookies up and working? I have to sign in every time on my iPad! Mind you, I have to sign in on every site now. Didn't use to, so perhaps it's my tablet!

Lots of love

Heady, Here's how my settings are set for cookies. Follow these steps.

Click on TOOLS at the top of the Internet Browser (near the HELP)

Click on INTERNET OPTIONS from the list

Click on the PRIVACY tab at the top

Click on ADVANCED button

I have my ADVANCED settings set to:

Override automatic cookie handling (check this box)

First-party cookies (set to “Accept”)

Third-Party cookies (set to “Block”)

Always allow session cookies (check this box)

Now click on the OK button twice and exit the other settings things
