New design for the site?

Heady, it seems that the new design is going to happen. I hope they have ironed out the problems you noted. Keeping it simple should be the first imperative for this forum! I also hope with all my heart that we don't lose any members over the changes, especially the psp sufferers whose input is so very invaluable. Peterjones, Jillann, Shasha, JudyJ - please hang in here!

Hi Easterncedar, I hope they have ironed out the problems, the people you mention, really will struggle, if they haven't!!! It's very sad, we all rely on HEALTHUNLOCKED, they have provided a fantastic service for us, now, because change is the fashion, we are going to suffer!!!

How are you? I have been desperately trying to book somewhere for S and I to go away for a while. Getting very bogged down, with trying to find places that haven't got steps, showers in the bathroom, not in the bath, etc. etc., just decided this is crap! So tomorrow morning I am booking one of our favourite places, sod the stairs, I will some how get him in the bath for a shower. It's about time I took control of PSP, I am sick of it ruling us!!! If we fail, hey oh, we've tried! Let you know how we get on!!!

Lots go love

hi heady and easterncedar

last time they changed the site i could not get on it for months apart from my iPad and via safari and eventually used google chrome to access it and blog on it

now i have an iMac but have not been invited to try the new site so perhaps it will not happen!

i agree that it is difficult to find a good pub/ hotel - no stairs - with a shower rather than bath etc and where the dining room is not too posh for me as i am now a v. messy eater!

but they do exist - we have found a couple in n YORKSHIRE where we go to see my dad

(92) so Heady i know it is a long way to travel but it really is gods own country

lol jill

I'm working on arranging a trip to Scotland for us for the fall. He so wants to go, but getting around at all is becoming such a challenge, I'm not really keen myself. Never been to Yorkshire, maybe we should swing down and take a peek!

Maybe we can ask HealthUnlocked to provide help for users. I don't even know how to contact them. There must be a way.....I was disturbed that Heady didn't get any response to her concerns.

I AGREE THERE USED TO BE AN EASY WAY TO CONTACT THE B---GERS - BUT NOT NOW !!

Yes, but how about the NEW users who endure issues with the site? Will they stick it out or just give up? A real concern. Jimbo
