This is very serious and if she was my mum I would take her to an A and E immediately. Anyone who has not urinated after about 12 hours could have serious complications for their kidneys and "toxins" build up in the blood stream.

Dear Blackcushion,
I imagine your Mum is in pain - though she may not be able to show it you. I do hope things improve and the doctors/ hospital are able to help.
