Intense orgasm, ED and ejaculating urine

Starting off with a positive, I noticed when I masturbate my orgasms are intense. But, when I orgasm I expel a lot of urine. Not sure if anyone else has this problem? And what should I do about it.

After having the robotic prostatectomy May 2021, I didn't know what to expect in regard to sexual recovery. I am not able to get hard with the generic Viagra at all. Even before the surgery the ED was very bad. I used Muse for a while but it was too expensive.

I have an appointment with my urologist to discuss these things but was wondering if any of you guys have any suggestions on the urine situation and any cost effective treatment for ED.

It's common. It's called "climacturia."

Does trimix work?

Thanks for the response. I didn't know it had a name. I will ask my doctor about trimix. It sounds like it might be a good option.

My Trimix experience ended Priapism which required needle drainage and adrenalin treatment after 3+ hours of a very uncomfortable erection. My ED consultant at UCSF says about 40% of men have uncomfortable erections Trimix because of one component (papaverine) and Trimix is associated with a higher incidence of Priapism. He recommended of Bimix (no Papaverine) as safer and not painful.

I also had that in the beginning. I made sure to fully empty my bladder before any sexual activity. I would really push to make sure I got out every drop. In time, this has gone away.

It took me several years to get erections back with minimal assistance. I used bi-mix shots which worked great. Now I take a 5mg tadalafil daily. Don't get discouraged as everyone heals at different rates. Age really makes a difference.

I had this issue after completing EBRT in August of this year. Doctor put me on Flomax, which helped with the cum-piss combo and other urinary issues. The Flomax was good for the urinary issues, but totally ended even my marginal amount of ejaculate. Doctor now tells me I can stop the Flowmax and see what happens or take it every other day. The sensation of pissing or having to piss when cumming is very disturbing and unpleasant. I still get nice wood w/o any pharma help, but the orgasms are mostly dry. This leaves me feeling damaged, depressed and emasculated. My doctor told me "if you want an erection tomorrow, have one today" so I keep at it. On-line porn helps and I partake freely. Also, tell your doctor(s) what is happening and demand to know what you can reasonably expect in terms of function. I have to initiate discussions about function with my docs; they know a lot and will talk about it, but I have to take the lead. Do a review with your primary care doc of all other meds you may be on; some statins, blood pressure meds, and antidepressants can have a negative effect on erectile and/or orgasmic function even without adding all the scary issues we face from PC treatments. Most of all be the king of your castle; it is your dick, your orgasms and your sex life. No one is coming to save you.

Yes, but the urine problem gets better with time. Also check with GoodRX on pharmacy prices.

What is Muse? I have not heard of this before.

It's a suppository that you insert into the penis about 10minutes before sex. It's the size of a grain of rice. It's other name is alprostadil. I liked it but was expensive and I wasn't as hard as I would have liked. I probably needed a higher dosage.

Hey Kend1204. The urine situation when masturbating seems to be very common post robotic surgery and it also happens when I get bottomed, so I discovered that going to the bathroom before sex helps to avoid that problem. Regarding Viagra, I also saw little help, so my Dr put me on daily dosage of generic Cialis 5mg and now I’m in 10 mg which works much better for me. I get my 90 days supply from HoneyBee, which is an online Pharma very reliable. Last, but not least, and something that cost very little, buy yourself a cock ring. It helps with keeping an erection and I enjoy it a lot. The new normal is not always what we wish for, but getting rid of cancer was more important for me. All the best to you
