There are two men in my support group who have implants. I will ask them. I have not heard of a specific group or forum.
I talked to both of them and they do not know odf a group but would be happy to communicate with you, one by email and the other on HU. I am asking the second guy for his HU handle so he can contact you directly.
Xfire will also be happy to share with you his implant experience. Reach out.
