...to get a T-measurenent post-ADT? It's only been since late December that my 18 months finished up. Six months? I realize whatever comes back will take longer than that to "fully" return. Wish I wasn't turning 70. Oh well.

When is it not laughable...
I was on ADT for 13 months and a year after finishing it, my T level was only about half way back. My urologist said that was normal and that it might not ever come all the way back. When I asked about the possibility of artificially boosting it, he gave me a firm No. My highest number before we started was just over 500. It got down to about 8. Last we checked it was about 200, planning to test again in May. The urologist said it's always best to draw blood for the test in the morning, since testosterone normally takes a dip in the afternoon. (I was 65 at surgery, 66 when we started ADT, just turned 69)
Thanks for your response, and the morning time for testing info.
Boy, I should have measured my T prior to 18 months of ADT! I think it was pretty high, but that's not a now thing.
Not exactly great news for the recovery of (what looks like) not what was there before. And your uro saying "no" to boosting the T externally.
I can begin to understand how ADT's lingering low-low-T can hobble one's libido going forward. I was incredibly fortunate to have invented the Loop, which produced reliable, great erections on demand all through the hormone therapy, despite my libido being weakened. But it was NOT asleep.
Thx again for your thoughts!
Good luck to you.
How are you managing with ED, assuming you have some?
Device alert, in case you're having continuing problems:
The Elator (now OTC) gives you the ability to have penetrative sex, vaginal or anal, with zero, partial or full erections.
I'm in a new relationship (just realized I'm gay) and I want to be a wonderful top for him. I may order the ($300) Elator myself. You can fuck all you want, and not worry about ED. With ED issues himself, he says, "erections come and go." Yes, they do.
Take care, Patrick!
