how fast does the prostate grow?

In august 23 I went into full retention.

after 2 weeks catheter was taken out, I could pee fine.

Again throughout October 23 I couldn’t pee standing up at all and strained near enough every day.

Had an ultrasound in December 23 - my prostate measured 45cc

I had another ultrasound in April 24 that also measured prostate at 45cc

1 month ago I started taking Tamsulosin as I started to find it hard to pee.

For three weeks I could pee perfectly, until last friday I had bad anxiety, and struggled to go.

I had one spell on Sunday I was going more, but drinking more - just waited a while to start.

Since then it feels like my bladder is asleep. I’m curious and worried why the Tamsulosin should stop so suddenly. Can the prostate grow over a week?

I’m not sure but I don’t think so. But I’m diagnosed with prostate cancer. Mid grade 4+3 2 1/2 yrs ago. No treatment and my prostate almost doubled in size as I have had BPH for a long time.
