I am 6-7 weeks out from my last monthly 6-month Eligard shot. I am still experiencing the tiredness and weakness. A visit in ICU interfered with my gym habit and its hard to get back. How long before those SE are not noticeable?

maybe 2 to 3 months, maybe 6 to 8 months, maybe 2 years, maybe you never will. Everyone is different. There is a video on it that was done about a year or two ago that shows it takes longer generally than thought earlier.
the sooner you get back to your ‘gym habit’ the better you'll feel. It can help testosterone recover more quickly, but more importantly it is inspires while you wait
Another 2-4 months off the Eligard will likely help, but I suggest leaning into the exercise as opposed to waiting for testosterone to return-it works better.
I had three 3 month injections of Lupron; last one was in May 2019. In theory, its effects should have begun to lessen by September 2019. Btw, Lupron was not nice to me - side effects galore. Its impact continued for 16+ mos. As T returned (and mine has always been on the low side; 250ish), I felt better. Exercise was the only thing that seemed to help and I'm no gym enthusiast; it was a struggle but I did it anyway. Some side effects remain: wt gain, man boobs, genital shrinkage, increased moodiness. Honestly, I'm not sure I could go through this again - the depression, emotional roller coaster, joint pain, wt gain, etc. So, give it time (no real choice is there?), exercise as much as you can, and tell yourself that it WILL get better. Consider individual and/or group counseling/support group. Ask your doc about options for dealing with side effects. Good luck to you,

If it's a six-month shot, your SEs will continue for at least that six months, and then some, and as long as you use it, you'll have side effects, though your body can adjust to something, especially with vigorous exercise and diet.
Sounds like the previous responders say the keys are diet and exercise or waiting some length of time. No mention of a magic pill.
Here is my experience for what it is worth after 6 months on Lupron and 25 radiation sets. Prior to Lupron my T was about 700. During that 6 months it was <7.
Two months after stopping Lupron it was 233 and I could feel the difference. The key seems to be getting it over 150 to make a difference. Stopped testing T once it hit that 233 mark.
What I did to help restore T was diet and 30-45 minutes of resistance training everyday while walking from 5.5 to 6.5 miles everyday. Still do that. In addition I have lost 12 pounds and 2.5 inches off the waistline.
Why a 6 monthly shot? I'm on 3 monthly injections because some on this forum have said that the SE's of a 6 monthly shot are a little more intense than the 3 monthly shots. I have no idea how much truth is in that but I'm managing my 3 monthly shots pretty well so far. Not an exact answer to your question but if you are going to stay on ADT then maybe you may reconsider the options of 6 or 3 monthly doses. All the best.
I had 6 monthly shots. My last one was early April. I still get hot flashes though.
