Small psa rise

RP in 2021 followed by recurrence 12 months later. 37 x RT and 18 months of zolodex which the last 3 month injection was April 2023. PSA less 0.01 consistently until last week 0.03. Do I need to wait until PSA is 2.0 or is there anything I can do before then?

Others here will reply better then me. IMO your .03 PSA bump is low and could be an anomaly. But IMO I would take planning action now. I would request another PSA Test. If same or higher I would schedule a discussion with a MO as well as your RO to start formulating a going forward plan.

I would immediately start taking BROQ at doses used in the study. It basically stopped progression.

0.1 is cause to worry, 0.2 is when you investigate.
