The incidence of biochemical recurrence is reported as 20/30 % after SBRT but I've also read the non recurrence rate for low risk intermediate is over 90% .What's the real picture?

Biochemical recurrence after SBRT
"The incidence of biochemical recurrence is reported as 20/30 % after SBRT ..." Where did you see that reported?
Article in pcf.org reference was to RT rather than SBRT my error, can't provide a link ain't that savvy, just wanted someone in the know to refute it.
This study of 2,142 men who had SBRT reported much lower rates of recurrence:

(download the PDF)
Seven-year cumulative rates of biochemical recurrence were
4.5% (95% CI, 3.2%-5.8%) for low-risk disease, 8.6% (95% CI, 6.2%-11.0%) for favorable
intermediate-risk disease, 14.9% (95% CI, 9.5%-20.2%) for unfavorable intermediate-risk disease,
and 10.2% (95% CI, 8.0%-12.5%) for all intermediate-risk disease
I had SBRT over 2.5 years ago. so far so good.
Thanks for the reference by Dr. Kishan. It's an excellent paper and very relevant to me because my RO said hypo fractionation might have lower side effects than SBRT. Modern SBRT in Kishan's paper had very low rates of Grade 3 and 4 GU and GI toxicities. So, that sets my mind at ease. BTW, I had a 2 hour consultation with Dr. Kishan. He's a very nice and smart guy. His YouTube videos are excellent.
68, fit, one 4+3 ,one 3+3, Decipher .86, PSMA PET shows PC confined to prostate, PSA 7.8. Treated with SBRT and 6 months ADT using Orgovyx.
I finished my SBRT 7 weeks and one day ago and my GI and GU side effects were minimal and resolved within 2 weeks. I had a Barrigel spacer placed and my RO made sure my urethra did not receive any radiation "hot spots" by using urethral steering . He visualized the urethra and tumor on CT, MRI and PSMA PET scans and carefully setup the machine so while the entire gland got 37.25 GU, and the tumor got 40GU the urethra received no more than 37.25.
