Just received these results. Have yet to review with RO. How screwed am I? Any treatment recommendations?

Several radiotracer avid left pelvic lymph nodes are seen consistent with metastasis, for example:

* Left common iliac node measuring 0.7 x 0.6 cm with SUV max of 4.2 (image 257)

* Left presacral node posterior to the psoas muscle measuring 0.9 x 0.5 cm with SUV max of 11.8 (image 270)

* Left external iliac node measuring 0.8 x 0.6 cm with SUV max of 9.8 (image 287)

Salvage radiation to the entire pelvic lymph node area and 3 years of ADT with abiraterone for 2 years may still be curative.
