A colleague of mine experienced some adverse side affects of Tamsulocin and as a result of research decided to prescribe himself with a tablespoonful of pumpkin seed oil specifically Pelzmann Steirisches Kurbiskernol. His flow was in no way compromised and there has been no adverse retention ?

Has anyone tried this alternative 'prescription'.

Due to the ED effects of Tamsulocin I am apt to try it!!

You may want try 5mg Cialis daily. No ED side effects for sure. None of the tamsulosin issues (dizziness, etc) either.

i had severe (kept me awake at night) muscle spasms in my legs from cialis, plus a horrible headache.

I take Duodart daily = 500μg dutasteride + Tamsolusin400μg for bladder issues.

I get dizzy, elevated blood pressure and sleep issues. But reluctant to stop as I’d probably end up in hospital with urine retention.

I also take 5 mg Tadalafil every second day, no ED problem. At least something’s working! 😳

Uroxatrol is from same class of drugs but doesn’t cause as significant retrograde ejaculation and may have less sexual side effects but still help with the BPH. I found it less problematic
