Having repeat tp biopsy in October as part of AS protocol first one was 24 core.Is recovery from procedure hindered with repeat biopsies.

I hope it's transperineal. Expect some blood in urine for a few days and blood in semen for a month.

That's what occurred 1st time, yes it's tp, wouldn't have trus due to sepsis risk, that procedure should be stopped asap

I had TRUS biopsy through the rectum 3 weeks ago. There is still significant blood in urine and semen look awful, like pure blood. Should I be concerned?

No need for concern. I've had 3 biopsies and that yucky semen. Your doctor should have told you to expect it. Just leave it alone, and it will disappear on its own. Masturbate frequently to get rid of excess blood, and don't take aspirin. The only bad thing that can happen is if you get fever from sepsis.
